The Pyrotec A50 Plus is a modern incinerator designed to burn animal carcass waste in an efficient clean and environmentally safe manner using the Pyrolytic principle of combustion, it is particularly suited for small animal carcasses this model is specifically for burning domestic pets and animal remains and is equipped with the necessary sophistication of control, secondary chamber volume, manual loading and chimney.

  Models:    A50 Plus
  Waste type:    Animal Carcass waste – calorific value 1,000 kcal/kg, density 700 kg/m³, moisture content 85%.
  Construction:    Mild steel fabrication construction using 5mm steel plate suitably braced and stiffened.
  Refractory:   Primary Chamber: Hot face material 1,600ºC quality firebrick 100mm thick, backed by 25mm  ceramic fibre insulation.
  Secondary Chamber: Hot face material 1,500ºC quality 1complete with 65% alumina tiles.
  Fuel:   Natural gas, LP gas or 35 seconds fuel oil.
  Electrical supply:   380/440 volt, 3 phase, 50/60hz, 230 volt 1 phase, 50/60hz.
  Burners:   Automatic package burners complete with electric ignition and flame failure control complete with all the necessary values. Motors and integral fan continuous running fan. Automatically temperature controlled to provide optimum combustion conditions, secondary chamber temperatures and fuel economy.
  Primary Chamber: one at 185,000 kcal/hr on/off control
  Secondary Chamber: one at 185,000 kcal/hr on/off control
  Fans    All combustion and cooling air is provided by a common automatically controlled centrifugal fan, which provides air to nozzles strategically, located throughout the combustion chambers to ensure optimum conditions.
  Finish   One coat of primer followed by one coat of enamel finish in red.

Automatic control system built to IEC standards incorporating relay control, providing all automatic plant functions and incorporating the following sequences.

  1) Preheat 

  2) Burn cycle

  3) Cool down

  Monitors   The standard control system provides a digital display of the secondary chamber temperature; however, in some instances the local DEFRA official may require the temperature to be permanently recorded by a dedicated chart recorder.

  Loading/ash removal door

  A full size manually operated access door for waste loading/deashing.
