stage 01
Having identified the need for an incinerator the client contacts Techtrol and asks us to tender a price for the required specification. It is normally the case that the client has already made enquires regarding the likelyhood of gaining planning permission.

If required, planning permission is finalised with the necessary local authorities. This requires us to supply them with the relevant specifications of the machine proposed. Please note that assistance with planning permission is seldom offered by our competitors.

stage 02 (5 to 15 days)
We prepare detailed costings and draught technical drawings are made to suit the building where the incinerator will be installed. During this period close contact with the client is maintained.

We present our proposals to the client. Issues that the client should be aware of are raised.

stage 03
The client informs us that we have been successful in our bidding and we are awarded the contract.

stage 04 (20 to 35 days)
It is usual for sales invoices to be issued on a stage basis that is agreed and stated within the contract. The first sales invoice is raised to cover the time spent on the technical drawings.

Detailed designs are created on computer.

stage 05 (60 to 90 days)
The first orders are placed for the raw materials and the construction of the incinerator commences.

A second sales invoice is raised to cover part of the cost of materials.

All the work that is possible on our premises is completed and arrangements are made with the client regarding the date of delivery.

stage 06 (2 days)
Once complete, the unit is transported from here to the client and installed.

A third sales invoice is raised upon delivery.

stage 07 (20 to 60 days)
Work on site is carried out until completion.

The incinerator is slowly brought up towards the standard operating temperature, constantly being monitored.

The incinerator is taken through the commissioning process and operators trained in both the use and maintenance of the equipment.

stage 08 (15 days)
Emission tests are performed by an independent consultant.

The results from the emission tests are sent to ourselves and the client after three weeks.

stage 09
The incinerator is operated normally following the official handover.

stage 10
A final sales invoice is raised. This represents the retension and completes the invoicing for the finished contract. This is likely to be between six months to a year from the date of installation.
