The Pyrotec D is designed to burn classified documents, computer paper, cheques and bills in a secure, clean and environmentally safe manner
without any support fuel, reducing the document to an illegible ash. This model is suitable for banks, military camps, embassies, offices, schools, Government departments, police and lottery companies.

Description
  Models:  D20, D40, D50, D60 and D80.
  Waste type:    Classified paper documents -Paper waste, bank notes and cheques. Calorific value 3,611 KCal/Kg, bulk density 80 to 160 Kg/m³.
  Construction: 

Mild steel fabricated construction using 6mm steel plate suitably braced and stiffened, with an outer air cooled security casing.

  Refractory:   Primary Chamber: Insulation 76mm thick
  Secondary Chamber: Insulation refractory 76mm thick.
  Fuel: No auxiliary fuel required.
  Electrical supply:

220/240 Volt. 1 phase. 50/60Hz – (only when fan fitted).

  firegate 

A cast iron firegate will be incorporated into the primary combustion chamber designed to allow agitation of the waste from an externally mounted handle.

  Fans

For burning dense computer paper, cheque books or bank notes a combustion air fan with time clock control can be fitted to the incinerator.

  Finish   Two coats of primer followed by two coats of enamel finish in burgundy.
 Control panel

Automatic control system built to IEC Standards incorporating PLC controller, as necessary, providing all automatic plant functions and incorporating the following sequences.

1. Preheat
2. Burn Cycle
3. Automatic loading
4. Burndown
5. Cooldown
6. Ash removal

The control panel will be equipped with an active mimic diagram showing operating status of the plant together with indication of primary, secondary and tertiary chambers and exhaust temperatures.

Particulate monitor. Carbon monoxide and Oxygen monitor. Six point chart recorder.

Front mounted hinged opening door complete with security locking hasps.

  ash removal door

Located to give access for ash removal from beneath the firegate the ash door is equipped with an ash collection pan on wheels. Additional ash doors allow removal of ash from the secondary chamber all doors are fitted with locking hasps.

Vertical lifting hydraulically operated, sized to suit ram loading machine.

  Heat recovery 

Specifically designed waste heat recovery boilers can be incorporated to extract heat from the combustion gases and provide either hot water or steam.

  Chimney

  Incinerator mounted manufactured from mild steel and fitted with a spark arrestor.

  padlocks

Security padlocks can be supplied and fitted to all loading and ash removal doors.
