Further proof that exporting is still going strong in Great Britain even in the shadow of Brexit as Staffordshire Based Manufacturer celebrates their latest shipment into their 101st Country.
At the end of 2019 Addfield Environmental Systems Ltd sent their latest Medical Waste Incinerator to Tajikistan which had become the 101st country to have an Addfield machine. Addfield have been steadily growing the number of countries and the scale of orders throughout recent years. Trading directly and via a dedicated team of international distributors with engineers based all across the world, they have rapidly grown from one country to over one hundred.
Addfield’s International growth has been continuous, expanding year on year in variety of industry, geographic reach and scale of orders received. An achievement recently recognised by being included in the Sunday Times SME Export Track 100 alongside being invited to join the Department for International Trade, Exporting Champion Program as a Champion for the Midlands region supporting other local companies looking to extend their reach internationally.
“We have always taken great pride in our international growth as every country has it’s own unique barriers to trade that we have had to overcome. In recent years installing machines as far afield as Chile, Australia and even the Ascension Island. It has been a fantastic few years of growth that shows no sign of slowing with a number of new countries placing orders for the new year taking our number up even further.” James Grant, Business Development Director.
While Addfield will be paying close attention to what happens in the new year with whatever Brexit will bring, exporting globally has given them the opportunity and ability to enter into the new year on strong foundations for further growth globally.
Continuing to welcome international visitors from across the globe to visit their factory to discuss new projects on a weekly basis 2020 is looking to be an incredibly busy year.
